Film & Feast with Transition Bondi

  • Margaret Whitlam Recreation Centre Waverley Park, Bondi Road, Bondi Junction, NSW 2022 (map)

ABOUT THE EVENT
Alongside the event, we'll enjoy a delicious, plant-based, 3-course meal prepared by our amazing volunteer cooks. Meet like-minded people and learn how we can transition to a more sustainable Bondi.

ABOUT THE EVENING
Did you know that there are over 2000 species of native bees in Australia? From bees that burrow to bees with masks and even blue bees- we are surrounded by diversity right here in Sydney! Join PhD researcher, Amelie Vanderstock in learning about our native bees, how we can recognise them and where we can find them. This will be a participatory evening where together we will learn about and develop strategies to support the wild pollinators of our city.

We look forward to seeing you!
