SAGE and the Sydney Environment Institute invite you to the inaugural Chew the Fat live recorded podcast, reviving a conversation between growers and thinkers on the local grower's vision for a resilient food community.

The panellists are made up of:
Amelie Vanderstock: Artist, PhD candidate and musician! Pollinators and native bee imaginaries

Eliza Cannon  Borrowed Ground Young gun local grower and Australian Food Sovereignty Alliance member, newest member of SAGE committee. Food sovereignty.

Joyce Wilkie  Stepping Stone Farm Highly experienced small-scale veggie grower and educator. Growing the Growers.

Fraser Bailey  Old Mill Road BioFarm Highly experienced small-scale grower and educator. Chew the Fat legacy, local town ecosystems.

Dr. David Schloseberg  Sydney Environment Institute will Chair the discussion: Professor of Environmental Politics in the Department of Government and International Relations at the University of Sydney, and Director of SEI. Grounded Imaginaries, environmental justice, the politics in action within everyday life.

We invite listeners to enjoy a locally grown and produced grazing table and share stories of the past, present and future of our community food system, mapping together within a vision come true - the SAGE Gardens.
