Spring Garden Native Bees and Insect Pollinators at Lyttleton Stores

Sunday, 15th September, 3.30pm - 5.30pm

Only $40, bookings by phone - (02) 4759 3478 - or in store today! Or register your interest online and one of our friendly staff will be in contact to finalise your reservation.

Which native bees and other insect pollinators are in your garden? What are their ecological needs? And how can we support them to thrive? In this highly interactive workshop we will use microscopes to identify native bees, flies and wasps common to the Blue Mountains. We'll have a chance to go outside to test our skills in the Lyttleton garden, so you can walk away knowing how to spot who is in your own vegetable garden- or make a wildflower walk that much buzzier.

All materials and learning resources are provided, including helpful ID pamphlets so you can continue to practice your identification skills at home.
